❤️ How to Love Better | The Dateable Dish

March 14, 2025

Hello Dateables,

We're still relishing in the fact that we spoke to THE Yung Pueblo on this week's episode. We now know the person behind all his poetic-yet-so-freaking-relateable instagram quotes your friends probably send you on the regular.

There was one quote he put up recently that hit hard:

"May you attract someone who really cares about building their self awareness because they don't want their projections and unconscious emotions to cause trouble in their relationships."

Thinking about our mission at Dateable too; it really does all come down to the intersection of personal growth and relationships. Because anyone can date. Anyone can get into a relationship. But how do you find that life-altering-I-can't-believe-someone-gets-me-so-much connection that pushes you to grow and expand while simultaneously being a safe place to land? That's the type of emotional investment we all so deeply crave. Yet finding that isn't always easy. But we got you, through this podcast and of course our book.

If you're new here: welcome. And if you've been with us for awhile, we are so grateful to have you as part of the Dateable fam! Because growth isn't a one and done thing, and we're firm believers to never stop dating. We think it ends once we get into a relationship, but from our POV, that is where it all begins.

This Is What You Need To Hear Right Now: Stop looking for all the red flags, and start focusing on the green ones.

The three biggest green flags are
growth, kindness, and compassion.
If they are consistently kind,
if they care about growing,
and if they can see beyond
their own perspective,
then this is someone worth
your time and energy.

This is at the start of Yung Pueblo's new book 'How to Love Better' and a core part of our conversation with him. Sometime's it can be this simple. We're always on the hunt for the red flags, but maybe it's just tuning into these three green ones a bit more.

❤️ Share with a friend that also needs to hear this as well.

Your Deal of the Week:

Trying to meet someone can be EXHAUSTING & frustrating if you don’t have a strategy.

Before we started the tactics we share in our Meeting People IRL Masterclass,  we were filling up our calendars, physically exhausted, and wondering why wenever even talked to people whenever we went out. But that's because we were lacking a strategy! One that was authentic, sustainable, and gave us joy – whether we met someone or not.

Inside our 60 minute masterclass, we'll walk you through the exact tactics we've both used to meet people IRL that turned into significant others (and has helped 100s of our community members do the same). Get $10 off now with the code DATEABLE through the end of March: https://www.findingyourperson.com/meeting-people-irl-masterclass

We're so grateful for all of you and your continued support. A big thank you to everyone who has already ordered the book and for everyone else:
