This Is What You Need To Hear Right Now: Trust in Your Timing
This week we talked to Beth Gulotta, a therapist and host of the podcast 'Quiet the Clock' about how to let go of all the societal pressures and expecations. Because we don't know about you, but it's exhausting!
It's sometimes hard to show yourself compassion if you aren't where you want to be in life. But we need to give ourselvest the type of love we would give to our best friends! We'd tell them that their great love will happen. It's not too late to revamp their career. And yes, they can have kids still even if it's considered geriatric pregnancy. That term KILLS us btw!
While it's hard to always trust what's meant for us will come, remember that our timelines don't follow a universal schedule. Everyone moves at their own pace and carves the life that's meant for them. Life unfolds in ways we can’t always predict, and what feels like a delay might be setting you up for something better. Some of the most meaningful things happen off schedule. So remember, your path is unfolding in the right way for you.
❤️ Forward to a friend that also needs to hear this as well.
