❤️ The Psychology of Realtionships | The Dateable Dish

Nov 14, 2025
Connect

Hello Dateables,

We are officially in grateful season – almost to Thanksgiving! Wow 2025 has flown by! Today we recorded an episode that reminded us both that we have so much to be grateful for, even when life doesn't always seem to be going our way. And how we can use this to help guide our love lives even in moments that feel like ummmm...why would I be grateful for that? Like that good morning texter who never actually makes plans – but reminded us to raise our standards. Or the walking red flags that taught us what a boundary is and how to put our own self first...the list goes on and on.

We also have an exciting announcement about a new podcast we're launching called 'The Psychology of Relationships' as we both enter new phases of life (don't worry, we're not going anywhere with dating content on Dateable!) If you are in a relationship and wanting to understand how to make it last for the long-haul, this podcast is for you. Or if you're single and want to be armed with all the tools so you're ready, this is also for you. Or if you are just someone who geeks out about psychology like us, follow today on Spotify or Apple Podcasts, or wherever else you get your podcasts so you get the first 3 episodes automatically when they come out next Thursday!

This Is What You Need To Hear Right Now:

The right love won't make you chase, question, or shrink. It will feel like exhale, not anxiety. It will ask you to be real, not perfect.

❤️ Share with a friend that also needs to hear this as well.
